Bent's Old Fort

Students at a highschool in Colorado have done something amazing using virtual worlds and computer software; they have created an exact virtual replica of Bent's fort, which used to be a trading post in the 1800s. Once completed, anyone will be able to access this fort online and virtually "walk" around and take a tour! Here are some images of the fort project:

Here we can see students working on different areas of the fort using the game Minecraft to do so. According to the news article and video, once they are done with this project they will move onto even more detailed software, for more detailed projects!
